Neighbors of the Scythians

Scythian groups/tribes had many neighbors–not just other tribes but also more well-known foreign entities.

While the following may be an obvious statement, it is important to note that not all Scythian groups had contact with or proximity to all of these neighbors; the geographic locality of a particular group/tribe would determine the most immediate neighbors.

It is also worth noting that the boundaries of these neighboring groups shifted over time.
